Delivery Terms
Minimum order £175.
Carriage paid on orders over £275.
Orders less than £275 will be subject to a P&P fee charge
consistent with weight and destination.
Off-shore and Highlands will be subject to a P&P fee charge
Orders incorporating Mirrors, Panels and sculptured 3D glass may incur an additional delivery charge.
Payment terms
For new customers payment is required prior to delivery.
An initial proforma will be sent. Delivery date will be advised.
Existing customers will have 21 day payment terms.
A 10% fee of order will be charged if an order is cancelled within 2 weeks of receipt date.
Payment can be made by credit card or cheques made payable to McNeill Studio Glass.
Disclaimer
The hand production of kiln fused glass may give slight discrepancies with size and design.
Our glass is an applied art based product and we do not take responsibility for inappropriate location and positioning of our glass
Please take appropriate safety measures for installation and removal of products.
Our glass may be prone to damage if mishandled.
McNeill Glass products are constructed to a standard compliancy where possible.
As an art based product, we do not guarantee full safety compliances or longevity of bonded based products, beyond that of the manufacturer's recommendation.
